Valley of the Rainbow Loyalty Program

You are invited to become a member of the Valley of the Rainbow Loyalty Program. A member number will be allocated to you. This number will also be your loyalty value accumulation account number As a member you will qualify for a 5% of the value of the following invoices and this value will be transferred (debit) to your account: Stay at Valley of the Rainbow    (5% of your invoice for accommodation) Referral of a guest stay at Valley of the Rainbow (5% of your referral guest invoice for accommodation) Please send contact information of referred guest to vor@mweb.co.za Your referred guest can also provide your member number as a reference when making a booking through vor@mweb.co.za. You can redeem your accumulated account value (minimum R2000)  towards an invoice for a: Week or weekend stay (excluding long weekends and public holidays) at Valley of the Rainbow, Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. Week and weekend stay at Le Mas des Vignes Residence, Calvisson, France (near Mediterranean coast). Includes self catering accommodation and excludes flight and car rental expenses. Voucher for fly fishing equipment at a designated fly fishing outlet near you. Your account value status (ready or not ready to redeem) will be available on the website www.rainbowvalley.co.za. The website will be updated at the end of each month. Membership Rules Membership only available for individuals and excludes travel agents, company agents or representatives (conference invoices). An individual member can however refer a conference booking A member cannot refer an existing or previous (expired) member of the loyalty program. Valley of the Rainbow management and/or staff  and/or their family and/or their friends cannot become members or refer guests. Only existing members can refer guests. Your membership and account will expire if inactive (no stays or referrals) for 12 months from date of membership. Your membership and account will expire if time to reach minimum accumulated value of R2000 exceeds 24 months from date of membership. Your membership and accumulated account will expire if not redeemed within 12 months of reaching minimum value of R2000. No cash payments will be made
