  • Whole Trout pan fried to ensure the skin is crispy, served with a kitchen butter sauce and served with crispy garlic baby potatoes

  • 200g A grade Beef Sirloin, pan seared with olive oil & balsamic sauce topped with sweet peppers & sundried tomatoes, served with a side of chips

Chicken Gordon Bleu R200

  • Delicate pillows of chicken fillet, filled with bacon and cheese, served with a mustard sauce and a side of chips
